By using the Woozy application, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
Woozy is a social interaction platform where users can create profiles, share stories and posts, broadcast live streams, exchange messages, and send digital gifts.
Users agree not to share unlawful, misleading, threatening, harassing, or community guideline–violating content.
Woozy is not directly responsible for user-generated content.
Woozy may offer users the opportunity to earn digital gifts or similar rewards through in-app interactions.
Woozy is not an employer and does not guarantee any income.
All users may earn rewards from gifts sent to their live streams, posts, or interactions.
Earning rates are determined by Woozy and are not fixed.
Per-message earnings are available exclusively to female users.
Woozy reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue this feature at any time.
Woozy may change earning rates and systems with or without prior notice.
Users shall not claim compensation due to such changes.
All tax and legal obligations related to earnings are the sole responsibility of the user.
Woozy may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate the rules.
In such cases, earned or pending rewards may be canceled.
Users may report unlawful content. Woozy will review and take appropriate action.
Woozy reserves the right to modify or discontinue services and policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Istanbul courts shall have jurisdiction.

Woozy uygulamasını kullanan herkes, bu Kullanım Şartları’nı okumuş, anlamış ve kabul etmiş sayılır.
Woozy; kullanıcıların profil oluşturabildiği, hikâye ve gönderi paylaşabildiği, canlı yayın yapabildiği, mesajlaşabildiği ve dijital hediyeler gönderebildiği bir sosyal etkileşim platformudur.
Kullanıcılar; hukuka aykırı, yanıltıcı, tehdit edici, taciz edici veya topluluk kurallarına aykırı içerik paylaşmamayı kabul eder.
Woozy, kullanıcıların paylaştığı içeriklerden doğrudan sorumlu değildir.
Woozy, kullanıcılara uygulama içi etkileşimler yoluyla dijital hediyeler ve benzeri kazançlar elde etme imkânı sunabilir.
Woozy bir işveren değildir ve herhangi bir gelir garantisi vermez.
Tüm kullanıcılar, canlı yayın, gönderi veya etkileşimlerine gönderilen hediyeler üzerinden kazanç elde edebilir.
Kazanç oranları Woozy tarafından belirlenir ve sabit değildir.
Mesaj başına kazanç sistemi yalnızca kadın kullanıcılar için geçerlidir.
Woozy, bu özelliği geçici olarak durdurma, değiştirme veya kaldırma hakkını saklı tutar.
Woozy, kazanç oranlarını ve sistemlerini önceden bildirimde bulunarak veya bulunmaksızın değiştirebilir.
Kullanıcılar, bu değişiklikler nedeniyle Woozy’den herhangi bir hak veya tazminat talep edemez.
Kullanıcıların elde ettiği kazançlara ilişkin tüm vergi ve yasal sorumluluklar kullanıcıya aittir.
Woozy, kurallara aykırı davranan kullanıcıların hesaplarını askıya alabilir veya kalıcı olarak kapatabilir.
Bu durumda kazanımlar iptal edilebilir.
Kullanıcılar, hukuka aykırı içerikleri bildirebilir. Woozy, gerekli incelemeleri yaparak uygun işlemleri uygular.
Woozy, uygulama özelliklerini ve politikalarını değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.
Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.
Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
